Senator Ned Nwoko has debunked the rumour of trouble in the marriage of American TV host Steve Harvey.
Unconfirmed reports said Harvey’s wife Marjorie cheated on him with his bodyguard and is demanding N400 million in divorce settlement.
Nwoko, on Saturday, shared photos on Instagram of himself, wife Regina Daniels with Harvey and Marjorie.
The federal lawmaker said he reached out to the American comedian when he heard the rumour and the latter confirmed it was false news.
Nwoko said, “Fake news has been taken to new heights all over the world and this is so unfortunate. We experience this practically everyday and so when we read about our friend Steve Harvey and his lovely wife having issues, we had to contact Him and He confirmed that he and his wife are very much okay and it’s all fake news and should be disregarded. The family is happy together and we wish them all the best.”

Harvey, 66, has been married three times. He was first married to Marcia, then Mary Lee and now Marjorie.
Harvey married Marcia in 1981, the union ended in 1994. In 1996, he married Mary, by 2005 they went separate ways. He has been married to Marjorie since 2007.
