Actress-filmmaker Mary Njoku has warned those age-shaming others to quit the act if they do not want to die young.
The 36-year-old gave the warning in an Instagram post on Thursday.
According to the filmmaker, aging should be embraced because it is inevitable. She also advised those who feel getting old makes them ugly to “try dying young.”
“Dear Nigerians, there is nothing like age-shaming. If you feel getting old is an ugly thing, try dying young,” she wrote in parts.
“Stop AGE-SHAMING people if you don’t want the angel of de4th to grant your personal wish of not getting old!!! Aging is inevitable! Embrace it,” Mary added.
Celebrities like Funke Akindele, Nancy Isime and Bidoun Stephen also agreed with their colleague’s opinion.
