Actress Rachael Okonkwo has described speculation about her engagement as a “false narrative.”
The speculation started when the 36-year-old posted photos of what seemed to be an engagement between her and another actor.
In the photos, the actor got down on one knee to propose to the actress.
Many subsequently started congratulating Rachael on her “engagement.”
However, on Monday, Rachael shared the photos on her Instagram story in which she debunked the speculation, saying that the pictures are from the set of her soon-to-be-released film, Off Limits.
She also urged her followers to stop spreading false information.
She wrote: “Guys, it’s a movie titled Off Limits produced by me and it will be released soon so stop this false narrative.”
