Editor of Sunday Independent, Rotimi Durojaiye, has lost his wife, Morolake, after a brief illness.
Mrs Durojaiye (nee Beckley), Qed.ng learnt, died in the early hours of Thursday.

She has been buried at Ebenezer Baptist Church, New Oko Oba in Lagos.
The burial was attended by close family, friends and colleagues of the deceased’s husband.

Mr Durojaiye was until recently a media aide to former Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State.
He had earlier served as editor of Daily Independent, the flagship title of Independent Newspapers.
