Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka has announced his engagement to Mmesoma Akaolisa.
The 25-year-old broke the news via Instagram on Sunday night.
Onyeka, who plays for Premier League club Brentford, shared a picture of himself and Akaolisa, announcing they would be walking down the aisle soon.
“A lifetime of us my best friend, my meso. #cheerstoforever,” he wrote.
Another photo shows Akaolisa flashing the engagement ring.

Onyeka’s national teammates have flooded the comment section to congratulate him.
Nottingham Forest star Taiwo Awoniyi, who recently welcomed a child, celebrated Onyeka with a statement that said, “Let’s go my guy.”
Kenneth Omeruo wrote, “Eweeeeee congratulations bro”.
Calvin Bassey, who recently joined Fulham said, “Congrats my guy.”

Onyeka’s Brentford teammate Ivan Toney wrote, ‘Snr man. ❤️ Myyy boyyy.”
Onyeka was in action for Brentford in the 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace last Saturday.
