Super Falcons star Michelle Alozie has come under criticism on social media over a video of her trashing a bouquet of flowers said to have been given to her by an admirer.
The video posted on the American-born star’s Snapchat page shows her laughing after throwing the flowers into a trash bin at an airport.
A fan asked her if she did not like flowers, she replied, “I love flowers hahahahaha.”
Alozie has made headlines since her appearance at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand. She once said she had a crush on Super Eagles player Alex Iwobi.
