The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) is celebrating the third posthumous birthday of its founder Prophet TB Joshua.

Joshua was born on June 12, 1963, as Temitope Balogun Joshua. His home town was Arigidi Akoko, Ondo State.

The televangelist died on June 5, 2021 after one of his evening services in Lagos, just one week prior to his 58th birthday.

He was buried on July 9, 2021, at the church’s premises.

Celebrating him on social media on Wednesday, June 12, the church which is now headed by his wife Pastor Evelyn Joshua, thanked him for his teachings on faith, love and charity.

The church, which has its headquarters in the Ikotun-Egbe area of Lagos, also said in its post that Joshua made the world a better place in a way that was never imagined.

It further said that his legacy would not die.

“HAPPY 61ST POSTHUMOUS BIRTHDAY, PROPHET T.B. JOSHUA! Three years since your transition, we are happy to wish you a happy 61st birthday in Heaven! Thank you for your teachings on faith, love and charity!

“In an unprecedented way, you have made the world a better place! Your legacy lives on! Happy birthday, Prophet T.B. Joshua!” The post read.

To celebrate the third anniversary of its founder’s death this year, the SCOAN held a praise and worship night on June 5.

Last year, Pastor Evelyn led a candlelight procession at the church’s prayer mountain for Joshua’s second memorial anniversary.

Lovers of the late clergyman from around the world, including his disciples, gathered at the prayer mountain also founded by Joshua as a solitary place for prayer to celebrate his legacy.
