American Frank Harvey Logan and his Nigerian wife Shade, former members of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), have paid tribute to the church’s founder Prophet TB Joshua on the first anniversary of his death.
The couple shared their tribute on Sunday, the day celebrated as Joshua’s Memorial Day.
Joshua died on Saturday, June 5, 2021, exactly a week before his 58th birthday.
Frank and Shade now run the Faith, Hope & Love Ministries in Florida, USA.
Speaking in a video uploaded to social media, the couple describe Joshua as an exceptional man, stating he had a great impact on his life.
In Frank’s words “It’s been one year since the passing of our father in the Lord, Prophet TB Joshua.
“He has had a positive impact on all of our lives. Every day, we always talk about our different experiences at the SCOAN, how he used to correct us in righteousness, and how he builds us in faith and the things of the Lord.
“Before I came to SCOAN, I never knew that Jesus could heal, that he could deliver, that he could bless, that he could move the way that he did.
Thank you for making yourself available for Jesus, for showing this world that Jesus Christ is who he says he is, and then do what he says he can do.”
Sade, who worked in the children’s department at SCOAN, revealed that Joshua took over the fatherly role in her life when she was 16.
She said “Through your teachings and corrections, I am a better person today. From the age of 16, you took over the fatherly role in my life and all my formative years were spent under your supervision.”
Frank and Shade met in SCOAN and got married in the US in December 2021.
