Heart Joshua, daughter of the late founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) Prophet TB Joshua, on Sunday turned a year older.
Her birthday coincided with the church’s third thanksgiving service after the death of her father.
The thanksgiving service is the commemoration of the commencement of church services after Joshua’s death. The anniversary was celebrated simultaneously across the world.
Celebrating Joshua’s daughter, a former wise man at SCOAN Christopher Orji wrote on Instagram, “As you celebrate your amazing birthday, – SISTER HEART JOSHUA, let the Spirit of God continue to manifest Himself in your life both now and forever more in Jesus Christ’s name. Happy birthday to you. Shalom.”
Joshua died on June 5, 2021 but the church remained closed to weekly services following the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic and the clergyman’s decision to further suspend public services until, according to him, God instructed otherwise.
After succeeding her husband, Pastor Evelyn Joshua opened the church for regular worship. The first thanksgiving and reunion service was held on December 5, 2021.
