Promise Joshua, daughter of the late founder of The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) Prophet TB Joshua, has visited media entrepreneur Dele Momodu in the Victoria Island area of Lagos.

Mr Momodu has been a friend of the Joshua family for several years.

On Thursday, he posted on Instagram photos of Promise and himself having tea at the table, saying he was honoured to receive her.

According to him, they talked about Joshua’s impact and the “phenomenal” work his widow Pastor Evelyn Joshua was doing as the church’s leader.

He wrote, “I was most honored to welcome MS PROMISE T. B. JOSHUA, the brilliant daughter of the man of God, PASTOR TEMITOPE BALOGUN JOSHUA to The Home Office in Victoria Island, Lagos… We reminisced about the amazing impact of her great Dad and the phenomenal work her indefatigable mother is doing at The Synagogue of All Nations.”

Momodu added that he was “grateful for the special bond of friendship and family” that they share and cherish.

In May 2023, Promise bagged a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) from Columbia University in New York, United States. She had her first degree in international relations and politics at the London School of Economics.

On Thursday, May 16, 2024, Promise attended the inaugural leadership lecture organised to celebrate Momodu on his 64th birthday.

The lecture themed ‘The Politics of Energy and The Way Forward’ was held at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs in Lagos State.

Promise represented her mother at the event. She was dressed for the occasion in an Ankara top and a long skirt with a black bag.

Promise is Joshua’s second daughter. The first is Serah while the last child is called Heart.
