TB Joshua’s disciple Wiseman Harry resumes service one week after arrest

TB Joshua disicple Wiseman Harry

A disciple of the late Prophet TB Joshua and founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) Thessalonica, Wiseman Harry, has resumed his church service one week after he was arrested in Greece alongside his associate, Dimitris Panapakidis.

They were arrested on August 27 and handcuffed while being led to the prosecutor. The duo was released 24 hours after.

The church had said in a statement posted to Facebook that “the reason for his arrest is that the name of Jesus Christ was preached with power that saves, heals and delivers, and this has caused the rage of the devil and his agents to be broadcasted in all the national TV stations and newspapers in Greece.”

According to the church, exorcism and miracles performed by Harry made other Christian preachers, politicians, psychiatrists and journalists furious.

It was also stated that the supposed reason for his arrest was that he was operating the church without the required permit from the authorities. But the statement added that “in reality, for a long time now the church has not been operating due to construction works.”

However, on Sunday, September 4, Harry led his congregation in a worship service indoors. The location of the place was not immediately clear as the cleric had been holding services prior to his arrest outdoors.

In his sermon, he shared knowledge with people who are fed up with their situations and desperately want to avoid failure and its consequences.

Harry started SCOAN Thessalonica on April 19, 2015, six years before Joshua’s death.

The clergyman was born on November 21, 1984, in Greece. He served Joshua for a decade before founding his church.
