Nollywood actress Jaiye Kuti has claimed that the spirit of Prophet TB Joshua, founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, visited her after his death.
The actress, who said she never met the cleric in person when he was alive, made the revelation in an Instagram post on Sunday, June 13.
Joshua died on June 5, a week before his 58th birthday on June 12.
“I have never met you one on one but your spirit visited me when you died.
“I was in Offa alone in my room. My head was swollen and I saw a gentle pass of Him. There was something good about that soul.
“Christ was poor but feeding the people and taking care of everyone. You did same to many. I know two people who truly gave their lives to Christ through Him.
“May the Good lord rest your soul in peace. Pastor TB Joshua,” the actress wrote.
Fellow actress Ronke Oshodi-Oke celebrated Joshua on his birthday with a video clip of the Synagogue’s humble beginning to becoming a megachurch.
“Happy Posthumous Birthday to my Daddy in the Lord, Prophet TB Joshua. We love you but God loves you more,” Ronke wrote in the post on Instagram.
Ronke described Joshua as “a very different pastor entirely” in an earlier post.
“No church branches.
“No primary or secondary schools.
“No church university.
“No private jet(s).
“No Bible schools.
“No spiritual fathers or anointed sons.
“No visits to Aso rock.
“Extremely few interviews granted to the media.
“Shunned luxury and always gave out.
“Few crusades held anywhere.
“Rare visits to anyone.
“Rarely responds to his critics.
“Hid his family life away from His church activities.
“Wife wasn’t a pastor or mummy GO, few knew her “physically, preached very rarely.
“Children are not his pastors.
“No fixation on acquiring wealth/tithes/offerings.
“Emmanuel TV was watched by all denominations and members of other religions.
“Just miracles, prophecies and sermons,” Ronke said in glowing tribute to the man she called daddy.
