Singer Augustine Miles Kelechi, popularly known as Tekno, has responded to rumours claiming he collapsed on stage in South Africa.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the artiste posted photos of himself in white sneakers, black trousers, a matching shirt, and a face cap, reassuring fans he is “hale and hearty.”
He wrote, “Hey guys, I’m hale and hearty and not currently in South Africa.
“I hope whoever that was in the video is doing well and ok. Thank you guys. Love you.”
The rumours started after a video circulated online, showing an unidentified man collapsing on stage, with many speculating it was Tekno.
Mr Eazi earlier debunked the claim on X (formerly Twitter), confirming that Tekno is currently in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
He wrote, “Lmao Tekno wey dey Malabo.”
