Singer, Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni, has become a landlady.
The 27-year-old shared a video of her new crib on Instagram on Thursday, joking that she is both a landlord and a landlady.
“Hello everybody, this is Teni and I am a landlord/landlady,” she said without revealing the location of the house.
The ‘Billionaire’ singer also explained that it is not an easy feat to be a landowner and as such, has decided to change her gait to reflect her new status.
In April 2019, Teni revealed she would rather invest in real estate than splurge on designer clothes and shoes.
“…I would rather buy lands and houses that future generations can benefit from,” she said.
