The Lagos Shopping Festival concluded on Thursday at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos, with performances by Young Jonn, Teni and Emma OMG.
The 72-hour event, powered by the Lagos State Government and Chain Reactions Africa, combined shopping and entertainment from December 23 to 25.
It featured free entry and drew large crowds for concerts and vendor exhibitions.
Over three days, artists such as Adekunle Gold, Wande Coal, BNXN and Ayo Maff performed on stage.
The final night included sets by DJs Neptune, D’Incredible DJ, DJ Dips and DJ YK Mule.
Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu praised the organisers for combining commerce and entertainment, highlighting the event’s role in supporting small businesses and creating value-driven collaborations. He also noted the smooth execution of the festival without any major incidents.
The Lagos Shopping Festival aimed to connect shoppers with Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs), offering opportunities for growth across various industries.
Sponsors such as Zenith Bank, Tolaram Group, First Bank Plc, and Guinness supported the event, which received commendations from vendors and attendees alike.
