Reactions have been pouring in ceaselessly since First Lady, Aisha Buhari, appeared to have recalled her husband’s military tendencies after his controversial statement on ballot box snatchers.
President Muhammadu Buhari had on Monday, at the All Progressives Congress (APC) caucus meeting in Abuja, said that he had instructed the military and police to deal ruthlessly with anyone caught snatching ballot boxes, adding that anyone who attempts to snatch ballot boxes would be doing so at the “expense of his life”.
The president’s warning generated mixed reactions. More comments consequently poured in when Aisha tweeted on Monday in what Nigerians on Twitter say was a sarcastic way of mocking her husband.
