Police in Ghana have arrested three Nigerians for alleged kidnap and death of a two-year-old boy at Kosoa in Ga South Municipality, Accra region.
The victim’s corpse was found under rubble in Tollbooth area on April 27 after he was reported missing on April 24.
Citi News reported that the victim’s father, Sam Abandoh, said his son, identified as Junior, was abducted in front of his house by some Nigerians in a white Toyota saloon car and a black Hyundai.
The deceased’s elder brother was also quoted as saying that he heard the cry of Junior in the apartment of the Nigerians as they lived in the same neighbourhood.
He said that the cry stopped after some hours.
The suspects, who are yet to be named, have been transferred to Accra for further investigation.
