TikToker Jarvis AI, also known as Jadrolita has addressed the controversy surrounding Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage, after a moment during a livestream attracted widespread attention.
During a livestream on Wednesday, Tiwa Savage joined content creators Jarvis and Peller in lighthearted discussions where she spoke about the significance behind her body tattoos.
However, the discussion took an unexpected turn when Tiwa briefly pulled down her panties to reveal a tattoo near her waist, a gesture that quickly sparked debate online.
Many social media users criticised Tiwa’s actions, arguing that the reveal was inappropriate especially considering the young audience.
In response to the backlash, Jarvis posted a video on her Instagram page on Thursday to clarify the incident.
She urged Nigerians to focus on spreading positive news.
According to the content creator, Tiwa revealed her waist not her bum as some reports suggested.
In the video Jarvis said, “I am here to oppose the motion which says Tiwa Savage exposed her bum on the stream.
“She was flaunting her tattoo on the lower waist side of her body. There’s a difference between showing a full bum and the lower waist.”
Jarvis further encouraged people to share positive stories, highlighting how Tiwa’s kindness during the stream did not make headlines.
She captioned her post with, “Promote positivity.”
