Singer, Timi Dakolo, has spoken after policemen stormed his Lagos home confirming the safety of his family.
He had raised an alarm over the presence of unidentified “strange men” at his Lagos home earlier on Saturday.
A picture he posted on Instagram showed that the men allegedly came in a van with number plate BR932KSF.
A video of him confirming his safety was shared on social media.
Amnesty International quoted unnamed reports as saying the men were from the police.
Timi’s wife, Busola Dakolo, had last month alleged that Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) raped her as a teenager in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Fatoyinbo was forced to step down from publicly overseeing COZA because of the allegations against him.
