Internet entertainment service provider Netflix has described Nollywood actress Tina Mba as a “goddess”.
The company made the declaration in a Twitter post on Wednesday with images of the actress from Meet the In-Laws, Nigerian Prince, The Setup and Isoken.
All the films are available on Netflix.
“Tina Mba, because we absolutely stan a goddess!!!” the company tweeted.
Released in 2018, Nigerian Prince currently ranks as number two on the top 10 Netflix movies in Nigeria while Meet the In-Law, released in 2016, is number four.
Isoken (2017) and The Setup (2019) have also had good runs on Netflix.
A dramatist with stellar performance on stage and screen, Tina Mba was nominated as best actress in a comedy and best actress in a supporting role at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards and Africa Movie Academy Award respectively in 2017.
She has also starred in films like Okafor’s Law, Married but Living Single, Tango with Me, The Tenant, Beneath Her Veil, Three Wise Men and Banana Island Ghost.
