National leader of the All Progressives Congress Bola Tinubu and Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule on Saturday visited the site of the 21-storey building that collapsed on Gerrard Road in the Ikoyi area of Lagos.
More than 30 bodies, including that of the developer of the building Femi Osibona, have been pulled out of the rubble since the incident occurred on Monday.
Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu led Tinubu and Sule to the site of the collapsed building.
Addressing relatives of victims, Mr Sanwo-Olu said the government has set up funds to assist willing families bury their dead while survivors will also be given a token as a form of assistance.
