President-elect Bola Tinubu on Tuesday night paid a visit to the chairman of Heirs Holdings Tony Elumelu at the latter’s home.
Tinubu visited the business mogul in the company of his son Seyi.
On arriving at Elumelu’s residence, Tinubu hugged the philanthropist and shook his hand.
“Last man standing. He is still standing,” Elumelu said aloud, referring to the former senator and two-term governor of Lagos State.
The chairman of UBA Group said in an Instagram post on Wednesday that he was honoured to receive Tinubu at his home, adding that they discussed ways in which the incoming administration would empower young people in the country.
He said, “Last night, I was honoured to receive the Nigerian President-elect 🇳🇬 @officialasiwajubat at my home. We discussed ways in which the incoming administration must empower and support our immensely talented Nigerian youth. We have so much young potential to unleash!”
Tinubu won the election on February 25 with over 8 million votes, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
