Singer Tiwa Savage has received surprise gifts from a former Big Brother Naija housemate Tacha.
Tiwa shared a video on Instagram on Tuesday, September 8 as she received the gifts which included a wrist watch, electronic devices, dresses and others. Some of them were branded in Tacha’s name.
Tiwa, however, revealed in her caption that she had never met Tacha in person.
“@symply_tacha thank you so much. God bless your beautiful soul ❤️❤️ still can’t believe we’ve never met but you’ve been in my corner. Thank you thank you thank you,” the 40-year-old wrote.
Tacha heightened her friendship with Tiwa after ending her partnership with Tee Billz the estranged husband of the ‘Kele Kele Love’ singer in December 2019.
Tee Billz was a big fan of Tacha while she was in the Big Brother house. He vowed to transform her into Africa’s Kim Kardashian after she was disqualified from the show for violent conducts towards a fellow housemate Mercy Eke who eventually won the show.
Meanwhile, in a move to grow her relationship with Tiwa, the BBNaija star born Natacha Akide shared a video of herself in August dancing to Tiwa’s single titled ‘Koroba’ off her album Celia.
Impressed by the gesture, Tiwa responded by reiterating her love for Tacha.
“You know I gat mad loveeeee for you and the titans @symply_tacha,” Tiwa tweeted.
Tacha refers to her fans as Titans.
The reality TV star had once said Tiwa Savage and broadcaster Toke Makinwa influenced her in different positive ways, noting that words were not enough to appreciate them.
“Empowered women @tokstarr @tiwasavage have influenced my life in different positive ways words truly cannot express my appreciation, thank you, queens, for your part in my journey,” she wrote on Twitter.
