UK-based pastor Tobi Adegboyega has broken his silence on the allegation that he had a sexual relationship with Dora, estranged wife of Super Eagles star Kayode Olanrewaju.
Olanrewaju recently said the DNA test he conducted on his three sons, Jason, Jayden, and Jamin showed he wasn’t their father.
He earlier accused Dora of deceit, infidelity, using his wealth to fund Adegboyega’s lifestyle, and kidnapping their children.
In response, Dora claimed she had filed a lawsuit against Olanrewaju over the allegations.
Speaking with media personality Daddy Freeze on his podcast on Thursday, Adegboyega announced a N15 million donation to support businesses in Nigeria, saying he should have announced it a while ago but he did not want to be seen as trying to “kill” the allegations against him.
“I won’t be distracted by anybody’s talk. That would make me an ingrate. We should have done it last Friday but they said Nigerians were entertaining themselves with some fake news about me. So I said when they are less busy we’ll start. But they’re blocking people who want to make money.
“They’ll say I’m using this to fight the story. I’m not fighting any story, eventually everyone knows who is true and who is a liar. A lion cannot house a squirrel,” he said.
Adegboyega added that he makes his money by investing in black people’s business which have now grown over the years and yielding returns.
Adegboyega’s N15 million donation through Daddy Freeze’s platform is part of his N200 million fund to help black people.
On the recent walk with women in the UK to promote gender equality, he said, “I achieved problems. UK’s media writing against me. But the good part of it is that as always the government wants solutions, our communities are inspired, parents are telling us ‘We want our kids to be part of this.’ They saw that we have numbers and industry.”
