Actress Tonto Dikeh has clarified the nature of her relationship with Mayor Blessing, a friend to her ex-lover Prince Kpokpogri.
The actress on Sunday stepped out with Mayor and her son Andre and sparked reactions from fans after she uploaded the photos of their outing on Instagram.
Reacting to dating speculations, the actress stated that Mayor is just a friend to her, she also noted that he defended her during her messy drama with Kpokpogri.
“Online brothers and sisters, he is just a friend ooo, una no remember when Mr Mayor come out fight for me. Don’t worry I wouldn’t disappoint you, people, again,” she wrote.
During Tonto’s breakup controversy, Mayor Blessing accused Kpokpogri of having a sexual relationship with dancer Janemena, he also claimed that Janemena called Tonto Dikeh to apologise after the latter said that Kpokpogri has her sex tape and it was just a matter of time before he blackmails her with it.
Janemena later wrote a petition against Tonto over allegations of cyberstalking and defamation. She also demanded the sum of N500 million as compensation for damages.
