Chairman of Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu, went from the king of banking to the king of pop of his company’s Christmas party on Saturday.
The 54-year-old, who is also chairman of United Bank for Africa, outdid himself when he went on stage as a Michael Jackson lookalike.
Complete with a black jacket, hat and white glove on his right hand, Elumelu was a dead ringer for the late American pop star.
“l’ve always been a huge fan of Michael Jackson so on Saturday night at the 70s Disco themed @Heirsholdings Christmas party, when I was tasked to channel a celebrity, naturally I chose to be the King of Pop. I think I tried, don’t you?” Elumelu wrote in an Instagram post on Monday.
One of those who can attest to Elumelu’s dancing skill is his wife of 24 years, Awele Elumelu, who was on hand to cheer him on.
With an estimated worth of $700million, the Africapitalist and champion of Afripreneur has a lot to dance about.
