On-air personality Tolu Oniru, known professionally as Toolz, has joined fans in remembering rapper Dagrin 12 years after his death.
Toolz took to Twitter on Friday to celebrate the late rapper Dagrin.
“Keep resting in peace #Dagrin,” she wrote.
The Ogun-born rapper had a style that incorporated Yoruba, English and Pidgin English.
Some of his most popular songs include, ‘Pon Pon Pon’, ‘Kondo’ and ‘If I Die’
He died at age 25 in a car accident in Mushin, Lagos State.
The movie, Ghetto Dreamz, which is based on his life, was released in April 2011.
