Tottenham have tabled an £8million bid for Chelsea player, Victor Moses, according to reports in the British press.
The Nigeria international has spent that last two seasons away from Stamford Bridge and is yet to play a competitive game for the Blues since Jose Mourinho returned in 2013.
He failed to impress at Liverpool but rekindled some of his best form for Stoke City last season. Mark Hughes attempted to keep Moses at the Britannia Stadium but the player decided against it.
Although Moses has been taken on Chelsea’s pre-season tour, it is expected that Mourinho will eventually decide to part ways on a more permanent basis.
Tottenham are testing the resolve of their Premier League rivals with an £8m offer.
The former Crystal Palace and Wigan man scored three goals and created three more in 19 games for Stoke last season.
