Actress Toyin Abraham has apologised to the aggrieved customers of Revolution Plus, a real estate company she represents as a brand ambassador.
The 39-year-old had on Tuesday made an Instagram post debunking claims that the company defrauded their clients. She also assured them that their property will be allocated to them.
However, clients continued dragging the company and its ambassadors over the issue.
With things spiraling out of control, Toyin was forced to put out another statement on Instagram on Wednesday, apologising on behalf of the company. She also said that the issue will be resolved soon.
She said: “Hello everyone, in light of everything that’s been happening, I want to plead with everyone once again.I am really saddened by the situation. If you know me, you know things hardly get to me because I have grown a thick skin over the years but this is really bothersome.
“I know a lot of people have complained to me and truthfully, I followed up and people that I responded to can all bear me witness. You all know I am someone you can trust however some situations happen and all we can do is our best to make sure things get sorted and everyone is served.
“On behalf of myself and the Revolution Plus Brand, I want to apologise to everyone affected. I am deeply saddened by what’s happening and I’m doing everything I can. I completely understand the frustration and the anger.
speaking further, Toyin assured the public that Revolution Plus is not a scam.
“I work so hard to get my money as well so I know how frustrating things can be but I want to assure you that Revolution Plus Property is not a scam. They are not out to defraud anyone. This I can tell you. I am deeply sorry for the inconveniences caused. If there’s one thing I don’t joke with it’s trust.
“I really and truly appreciate everyone whose trusted me and my brand over the years. Your support means everything to me so belive me when I say I am sorry for the trouble but this will be sorted. Everyone will be attended to. We are all working tirelessly to make sure everyone gets what they have paid for. Please bear with us. Thank you again for the love and support. It is immensely appreciated. I love you all,” she wrote.
