Actress Toyin Abraham has rallied behind her husband, actor Kolawole Ajeyemi as he embarks on a new chapter in his career with the release of his debut two-track extended play (EP) titled My Life.
Kolawole, widely known for his notable performances in Nollywood has recently ventured into the music industry.
He announced the release of his latest track ‘Bamise’ on his Instagram page on Thursday, sharing a promotional poster with the song playing in the background.
He captioned the post, “Out now! Bamise EP by Ajeyemi: Now available on all platforms.”
The announcement was met with positive reactions from fans, with many hailing the actor for his bold move into the music scene.
Toyin Abraham also expressed her excitement and support by reposting the announcement on her Instagram page.
She added, “Ati korin oooooo! Bamise is now on all platforms. Please kindly support us. Oko mi ti korin ooooo @kolawoleajeyemi, oshey, well done, baby.”
Kolawole responded lto her post with, “Love you babe.”
The 5-minute, 18-second EP includes two tracks: ‘Bamise’, featuring Sumphonia, and ‘Wokilu’.
Kolawole Ajeyemi has appeared in several films, collaborating with actors such as Femi Adebayo, Mide Martins, Lateef Adedimeji, Afeez Owo and Abiodun Thomas.
The actor and now-musician aged 42, hails from Ogbomosho, Oyo State.
He and Toyin Abraham married on July 4, 2019 and they share a son named Ire.
Kolawole also has a 16-year-old daughter, Temitope Ajeyemi from a previous relationship.
