Actress Toyin Abraham and her ex-husband Adeniyi Johnson hugged each other at the premiere of Mercy Aigbe’s film Ada Omo Daddy.
The star-studded event took place at the Imax Cinema in Lagos on Tuesday.
In a now-viral video, the duo could be seen hugging each other for a brief moment before exchanging pleasantries with others at the event.
Toyin and Adeniyi got married in July 2013. The marriage was over by August 2015 following an allegation the actor was involved with another woman.
Adeniyi also accused Toyin Abraham formerly known as Toyin Aimakhu, of having an affair with movie producer, Seun Egbegbe, while they were still married.
In a 2018 interview with media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on Channels Television, the actor said “When a relationship doesn’t work, both people are at fault. But when it reaches the point where someone is being painted black and the other person is being painted as a saint, it can’t be a one-man factor to crash a marriage.
“For instance, I was accused of cheating. I heard a lot, I read a lot and till now there’s no evidence. The Internet doesn’t forget.
“Seun Egbegbe, permit me to mention the name, I’m not spiting anybody, I’m just making reference, he said as at May 31st they started seeing and we still celebrated our second year anniversary by July.

“But at the same time, I take all fault. If I had managed the situation well as a man. It wouldn’t have gotten to the point it got to.”
Adeniyi and his current wife Seyi got married in a private ceremony in 2018 while Toyin Abraham and her husband Kolawole Ajeyemi got married in May 2019.
