Actress Toyin Abraham has replied to a critic who questioned whether her colleague Eniola Badmus had undergone surgery following her new look.
Toyin had shared a photo of the actress’ new look on Instagram on Sunday, gushing over her beauty.
“You are absolutely beautiful Eniola Badmus,” she wrote.
Reacting in the comment section of the post, an Instagram user who goes by the name Badboyhush said, “I hope this is not surgery?”
Responding, Toyin warned the user, asking him to leave her page.
“Badboyhush leave my page,” she replied.
Another user who goes by the name Ladyfumstar replied the critic saying, “I believe you just need to be educated on Bariatric surgery. Firstly, it’s nothing to shame anyone for. Also, there are specific requirements to qualify, therefore it’s not like an easy way out of a healthy lifestyle. You need to meet certain weight requirements, cardiac, psychological etc. There are also many restrictions after the surgery, you still need to exercise and strictly monitor your protein intake as well as vitamins. Not everyone can lose the weight on their own, our bodies are different. And certainly not everyone is fat because they eat too much, or they are lazy. Whether, she did it on her own or with the aide of surgery to assist her, this is still a success story.”
Funke Akindele also posted a photo of Eniola Badmus, commending her on her new look.
