Toyin Lawani brags about being first woman to drive car in UNILAG

Celebrity stylist Toyin Lawani has revealed on Instagram her achievements as an undergraduate at the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

The 38-year-old in a throwback picture posted on Instagram on Thursday claimed that she was the first woman to drive a yellow Volkswagen bug.

According to the mother of two, she constantly made headlines of different magazines on campus because of her achievements.

She added that she started making her own money at the age of 16 because she had started her fashion business among others.

“At Age 16 I already had 3 shops and school, my supermarket, Butik and spa, the first girl to drive a yellow bug in the whole of Unilag, I have always been a leader ruling since I was young and will continue to do so,” she wrote.

Toyin Lawani now owns a styling brand known as Tiannah’s Place. She also runs a fashion academy.
