Celebrity stylist, Toyin Lawani, who clocked 40 on Tuesday, said she wants prayers for her birthday and not a party.
The mother of three said this in an Instagram post. The self-acclaimed king of fashion said she made the decision because she wants to focus on her family and craft.
“Many people hv (sic) Bn calling expecting a party, but this year is going to be different, focus on the craft my family, celebrate my achievements, pray for me, let’s give and pray, next year will be a huge turnup, times prayer and family is key I’m going to change few peoples lives in the morning,” she said.
Toyin also bragged about being the king of fashion and business mogul of her time. According to the fashion star, she has shown that what a man can do, a woman can do better.
She wrote: “Happy 40th birthday to the King of fashion @theunstoppabletoyinlawani. The fashion Goddess &The Business mogul of our time. I’ve come a long way, Showing women that what a man can do a woman can do better , empowering creative minds&being the star-maker.
