Businessman and former chairman of the defunct Skye Bank Tunde Ayeni has played host to some of his friends at his daughter Bolaji’s introduction ceremony.
The ceremony was held at Mr Ayeni’s Ikeja, GRA, Lagos home on December 2, 2023.
Among the attendees were the Olugbon, Oba Francis Alao, General David Jemibewon (retd), Timi Alaibe, Senator Idris Umar, Yomi Awoniyi, Wole Arisekola, Chike Obi, Bayo Ojo, Femi Falana, Musiliu Obanikoro, Jide Omokore, and Segun Awolowo.
The wedding, it was gathered, had a full display of the Yoruba culture.
The wedding ceremony is slated for the first quarter of 2024.

In August, Ayeni released a statement saying he would no longer have any interaction with his former lover Adaobi Alagwu. He said that a DNA test had been conducted to determine the paternity of the child she claims to be his.
“One, I am not involved in any way with Miss Alagwu and I will never be again. I do not have anything to do with her and her daughter and I will never have anything to do with them. There isn’t the slightest interaction between us in any form whatsoever and there will not be.
“Two. The rumours alleging that I gave her certain material possessions including a house, an office and cars are all lies. They are figments of the imagination of mischief makers.
“Three. Right now, I’m a father of wonderful children with my delectable wife, Abiola. These are the legitimate scions of the Ayeni dynasty. I do not have any child elsewhere,” he said.
Ths statement came about a week after his wife Abiola Ayeni defended him in an interview with ThisDay.
