Not less than two people have died in a trailer accident at Cele bus stop, along Oshodi-Apapa Expressway in Lagos.
The 40-foot container-laden truck on Thursday rammed into a 14-seater bus, killing two middle-aged men and severely injuring others.
While the actual extent of the fatality is yet to be determined, injured persons have been rushed out of the road for medical attention.
Eyewitnesses said the trailer heading from Mile2 road to Oshodi, while trying to circumvent the gridlock on its lane, took a one-way lane and ran into pedestrians.
The victims are yet to be identified.
