Celebrity photographer and singer TY Bello is celebrating World Photography Day, expressing her joy for making the decision to become a photographer.
The mother of twins shared photos of herself on the job on her Instagram page on Wednesday to celebrate the day.
She wrote: “Living this photographer’s life. What a privilege it’s been… my goodness what a journey. So grateful for this decision and for every life that has touched mine and everyone I have gotten to love in return. Shout out to all the photographers out there; especially the female photographers (I’m being partial …I know😂).”
Born Toyin Sokefun-Bello, TY Bello went professionally into photography in 2001 when her music band Kush was disbanded.
She was the official photographer of former President Goodluck Jonathan during his tenure in office.
She has worked with notable persons such as Genevieve Nnaji, Phyno, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, the late President Musa Yar’Adua, Tony Elumelu, Deola Sagoe and others.
