Actress Uche Ebere has criticised her colleague Toyin Abraham after the latter claimed she was the “most bullied” due to her support for President-elect Bola Tinubu.
Celebrities have been attacking one another on social media over their political choices especially as it concerns support for or against Tinubu, a former Lagos State governor.
On Friday, Toyin described herself in what looked like a mock bio as the most bullied for her political choice.
She wrote on Instagram, “Who is Toyin Abraham? Actress, producer, director, philanthropist, Asiwaju baby, speaker, influencer, brand ambassador, highest grossing actress five years till date, producer of one of the highest grossing movies, most bullied for her choice etc.”
Uche reacted, accusing Toyin and other supporters of Tinubu of lacking dignity and integrity.
“Is it going to take you forever before you can celebrate your Asiwaju papa, or are you not proud you guys won? Ana akogheri…this election really opened eyes for many of us to know the people that still have dignity and integrity in this country cos money can’t buy integrity or dignity,” she wrote.
Tinubu won the fiercely contested election with over 8 million votes nationwide. The PDP’s Atiku Abubakar was the first runner-up with 6.9 million votes while Peter Obi of the Labour Party was the second runner-up with 6.1 million.
