Actor Uche Odoputa has given an update on his father’s abduction, saying that he has not spoken to his dad since the latter was kidnapped three weeks ago.
The actor posted a video on Instagram on Friday, asking for prayers as he revealed that the dad has not been released.
According to Uche Odoputa, his dad Kenneth Odoputa was abducted alongside his friend Raphel Ojukwu from Osu town in Imo state.
In the video, he said: “Friends today is the third Friday my father was abducted alongside his friend Raphel Ojukwu, my father Kenneth Odoputa from my village in Amigbo Ebenato in Osu local government area of Imo State.
“We’ve still not found him, we’ve still not spoken to him, he has still not been released please let’s continue praying till something happens, please join me in praying for my father’s safe return and safe release from the hand of his abductors. Thank You and God bless you.”
Uche first raised an alarm over his dad’s abduction in an Instagram post on May 17.
