A sex therapist was welcomed to the Love Pad on Friday by love guests on the Ultimate Love reality TV show.
The therapist, Olawumi Esan, gave the love guests permission to ask any questions they may have about sex.
The session started off with the love guests recalling their first sexual encounters, with many of them confessing it was back in secondary school.
They then addressed the issue of pre-marital sex and many of the love guests agreed it is essential for couples to have sex before committing to avoid unpleasant surprises in the future.
Esan stressed that it is important for married couples to make out time for sex, a practice she referred to as ‘scheduling’.
She also emphasised that couples should understand that marriage involves a lot of compromises, so the partners need to be considerate and ensure that one partner is not deprived of their sexual needs.
This is not the first time a therapist will be visiting the Love Pad.
In February, a mental health expert sat down with the love guests to discuss their mental health concerns.
