A former presidential aspirant Adamu Garba has taken a swipe at the United States, saying it needs to rent the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Prof. Mahmood Yakubu to conduct its election.
Mr Garba who unsuccessfully contested in the presidential primaries on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in a tweet on Thursday, claimed the ongoing US election has been rigged.
“United States of America, #Election2020 rigging machines all over. The most adulterated election in US history.
“We might need to rent them our able INEC Chairman Prof. Yakubu Mohammed,” he wrote.
Garba was reacting to a report that Republican David Andahl who died from COVID-19 in October had been elected to the North Dakota House of Representatives.
Garba, an IT developer, has been in the news in recent times following his lawsuit against Twitter CEO and co-founder Jack Dorsey over his support for the #EndSARS campaign.
