A video of the children of late gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu praying for their mum on her birthday in November 2021 has surfaced.
In the video, the deceased’s children are seen laying hands on her as they took turns in praying for her.
One of her sons prayed against death, saying Osinachi ‘will live long and shall not die’.
“Nothing shall happen to you in Jesus name. You shall not die in Jesus name. You shall live to declare the goodness of God in Jesus name Anywhere you go they shall see God in you,” the boy prayed.
Osinachi, 42, was a lead singer at the Dunamis International Headquarters, Abuja. She died last Friday at an undisclosed hospital in Abuja.
Meanwhile, the police have arrested Osinachi’s husband Peter Nwachukwu over the death of his wife.
FCT police spokesperson Josephine Adeh confirmed the arrest of Mr Nwachukwu.
“He is now in our custody. The younger brother of the deceased reported the matter and we have commenced investigation,” she said.
Nwachukwu, who is accused of wife battery, was arrested on Sunday afternoon.
