Singer, Aituaje Iruobe, popularly known as Waje, has shared a picture she took with Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, Irish musician, Bono and other guests at a conference.
The 38-year-old mother of one posted the picture via Instagram on Tuesday.
“Feels good to be in the company of my billionaire friends😊 Blessed and inspired to be more than just a Name for Fame,” she wrote.
Late in March, Waje revealed that the music business is draining her resources and leaving her frustrated.
She disclosed this is an emotional interview posted on her YouTube account.
In the 12 minutes clip, she lamented the backlash and poor acceptance of her last album, Red Velvet, adding that music wasn’t making money for her and she needed to try other things.
