The Godfather of Soul had a concert tagged James Brown & Friends at the Beverly Theater in Los Angeles, California in 1983.
Among his famous friends in attendance were the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, and everybody’s beloved rebel, Prince.
Ridding piggy-back on a bodyguard and taking over the guitar, Prince managed to upstage two of the most iconic stars in the history of pop music.
