The remains of wellness coach and founder of Venivici Health Club and Urban Spa in Lagos Arinola Adeniyi have been laid to rest.
The funeral service was held on Wednesday at the House on the Rock Church in Lagos.
She was buried at a private ceremony attended by family members only.
Arin, as she was fondly called, passed on at First Cardiology Consultants, Lagos on June 7. She was aged 60.
The former banker was the cousin of president of the Nigeria Football Federation Amaju Pinnick.
Mr Pinnick posted his tribute to her on Instagram.
“As you go home my dearest, comely, beautiful and winsome sister, we are rest assured that you are resting in the bosom of our LORD ALMIGHTY,” he captioned his post.
Adeniyi opened Venivici in the early 2000s which was a novel idea at the time.
Her childhood dream was to be a banker. She, however, rose to the post of deputy general manager in the banking industry before leaving to set up Venivici.
Adeniyi was an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
