Actor and Tony Muonagor, popularly known as Tony One Week has said they are trusting God in the case of ailing actor Ameachi Muonagor who is currently battling kidney-related disease.
Tony, Amaechi’s cousin said this in a recent chat with with QEDNG entertainment reporter Kelvin Okoroji.
When asked about the actor’s current medical condition, he wrote: “We are trusting God on his case. Nothing pass Jehova.”
Amaechi’s health condition was made known to the public on November 3 after a video of him begging for financial support went viral.
The 61-year-old disclosed that he has been battling with stroke for the past seven months and needed financial aid.
A few weeks later, Tony One Week added that the actor is also suffering from diabetes, a kidney disease and has been undergoing dialysis.

During his visit to the actor at the hospital, national president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Emeka Rollas, said that he has approved the sum of N250,000 to be sent to the ailing actor’s account from the AGN Trust Fund, which, according to him, may not be enough, following Muonagor’s records with the Guild HMO and Insurance policy.
