The Baggies boss has bolstered his forward options with the signings of Rickie Lambert and Salomon Rondon in the last fortnight, with Anichebe and Brown having to warm the bench against Manchester City in their Premier League opener on Monday night.
The pair have struggled to hold down regular starting places at The Hawthorns under Pulis, who has now hinted that they could be allowed to go to aid their desire for regular football.
“People will look at Victor and Browny and think they have to move on, but they have wanted to play more regular football anyway,” Pulis told the Express & Star.
“Bringing Salomon in, does it hasten their move from the club? We’ll have to wait and see.”
Anichebe joined West Brom from Everton in 2013, while Ideye was the club’s previous record buy when he moved from Dynamo Kiev last summer.
