Actor Kunle Remi has explained there is no video of him proposing to his wife Tiwi.
Kunle made a surprise marriage announcement in an Instagram post on Sunday with loved-up photos of the couple.
The 35-year-old said Tiwi’s confidence caught his attention and her big smile and laugh captivated him.
“Her confidence caught my attention. She is vibrant and the type who turns heads when entering a room – you can’t not notice her. She’s a supermodel. Not only did her big smile catch my eye immediately, but the way she threw her head back when she laughed captivated me,” he said during an interview with Kristina Innemee.
Reacting to the news of his marriage on Monday, an X user identified as Temiiixx asked the actor to upload the video where he got down on one knee and proposed to Tiwi.
Responding, Kunle admitted to going down on his knee to propose but he could not capture the moment because it was spontaneous and he did not want to ruin the surprise.
“I did get on one knee for the culture. But there was no one to record. I couldn’t set up for content shoot (Steals the spontaneity). Even she didn’t believe me. I just got up and wore the ring on her finger,” he said.
