Media personality, Mosunmola Abudu, popularly known as Mo Abudu, has mourned the chairman of Globe Motors, Willy Anumudu.
Mr Anumudu died in Lagos in the early hours of Tuesday after falling ill for some days.
Abudu wrote in a tribute posted on Instagram on Wednesday that the late car dealer was a witty man who knew how to make people laugh.
“Pa Willie we love you and will miss you terribly. This was the last time I saw you at Toju and Dewummi’s wedding,” she wrote.
“You always had a smile on your face whenever we were together, always witty with a joke that made us all laugh and then that your dance, oldskool to the core 😊
“My dear friend Nkiru, your loving children – Uzoma, Ayinna, Zinna and Zicky, our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this moment. Pa Willie, Rest In Peace 🙏🏾.”
Anumudu was being prepared to be flown to Germany for further treatment before he passed on.
According to the respected publisher, Dele Momodu, the deceased’s wife, Nkiru Anumudu, was in London when her husband died.
