Nigerian singers, Wizkid and Davido, continued their global domination on Wednesday as they emerged winners at the Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards 2017.
The award ceremony was held at the First Direct Arena in Leeds, England.
Wizkid won the best international act award, defeating top American artistes such as Jay-Z, Cardi-B, Solange, Drake, SZA, DJ Khaled, Travis Scott, Migos and Kendrick Lamar.

Davido was named best African act, defeating Mr Eazi, Tekno, Tiwa Savage, Wande Coal and Wizkid.

It does not seem as if the battle for supremacy between Wizkid and Davido will end anytime soon as the duo keep their fort strong and firm.
London-born hip-hop artiste, Stormzy, was the biggest winner on the night, scooping three prizes: best male, best grime act and best album.
